Former Lakers PG Smush Parker responded to Kobe Bryant’s negative comments this week.
“I’m at a loss for words that my name is still coming out of that man’s mouth…..playing with Kobe Bryant was an overrated experience……I don’t like how he treats people…..I don’t have one ounce of hate in my blood.”
Parker then talked about how the working relationship was with Bryant his first season: “I tried talking to Kobe about football in midseason (didn’t talk before that), like with any other co-worker, and he said with a straight face that I couldn’t talk to him…that I need more accolades under my belt before I come talk to him.”
“My first year there, playing the Phoenix Suns in the 1st round, Phil gives Lamar a blank card to take the team out to dinner. We show up as a team, hangout as a team. The whole team is at one table and Kobe Bryant is at another table by himself, in the corner. He came over for 15 minutes to talk, but when the food game he went back to his table.”
In regards to Bryant’s 81 point effort back in 2006: “When Kobe smiles, the Lakers smile…I tell people, they should change the name to the Los Angeles Bryant’s…..nobody had more than 4 assists.”
Parker mentioned numerous times in his interview that he doesn’t like negativity and doesn’t even like talking about Kobe in this light.
Smush, for years, was criticized for his maturity…..now I see that it was his backcourt mate that needed (and still needs) some work in that regard.

WOW . You cant make stuff like that up. Sad really.
Kobe is a piece of shit
